As I see it the biggest problem is that as part of our identity we have to accept some things in actual reality. But for other people they don't. It's confusing because of the difference in culture. Some places like India have a caste system. For them they're stuck in their way of life forever.It's not a bad a thing to them. It's just how it is.The idea of a no name entrepreneur ascending to elite status is totally foreign to them. Which is a huge part of western capitalism; the American dream etc.Beyond that is the obvious skin tones, languages, stories and religions which all espouse different things and philosophies. Does anyone else feel like the only thing that's "progressing" is technology? Everything else has either stagnated or began to regress for the worse. It seems like the golden era is gone forever (80's, 90's, 2000's). Everyone seemed to get along so well back then no matter what your race was. People were classy and wore suits, blacks had manners, people just got along. The world we live in now seems like a political shit show in comparison. It seems like sometime during 2010-2014, reality shifted into some sort of bad timeline. It's funny because 2012 being the end of the world was a big meme at the time, but I sometimes wonder if the Mayan's had the last laugh after all.
