The event boss was easy this time.. if you play ice. You could cheese it with od3 20sp, and on top you can use Kozue's new style to get 5 stacks before, then in dungeon switch to her ice style and keep the buff.

The biggest problem is likely the DP, so Isuzu, the aforementioned Kozue and the typical ice trio should make short work of this regardless of how much LBs you have. My overkill was pretty drastic, letting the enemy only attack in turn 1.

He hits hard for sure, but unlike royal oak & nautilus or daytona & seawolf he doesn't come with his own autoheals. Neither of those leaders reduce your HP to 1 with their skills either. His sub pool is more versatile than theirs, and voiding poison damage is cool, but I don't think I would be able to make an effective team with him as a single leader.

Trying to use two as leaders would be suicide. You would need to bring way too many actives just to mitigate his downsides unless you have the absolute perfect subs. But if you have those kinds of subs you could get away with using more versatile and less limiting leaders. The additional HP multiplier wouldn't be worth the trouble; especially since it would be almost impossible to heal to full HP any turn you use his active. For me he would have much more value as a sub.

The bad news is the EX nodes will have a harder version of this where you will need a dedicated team.
Sowan should trivialize this if you have her. Charlotte is also a pretty good unit.
The trick here is he loses the resistance and suffers fixed damage after the 5th hit so you need multiple attacks.
If your formation isn’t fast you need to fear the fact he attacks diagonally so the units will have to be in cross formation if too slow
I believe he is also vulnerable to paralysis and a rarity increased Cerberus could stun lock that boss

Another daily update. I've left my alliance and will be able to make my own tomorrow. If there are no objections, I'll name it "wewlad".

Progress on permanent operations is going smoothly. I've found this thingy when I was doing daily annihilation. What can I even do with this? Two gold stats, one of them SPD, but it's 5*, not 6* and the set is not useful. Troublesome.

I've finished my Neptune rolls. Hit 3 pity at 270 rolls total. Not one of them scored a Nep on her banner, leaving me with Rank 3 Purple Heart. I will probably be able to obtain more BonBon XXL's later down the line to cover this - which means Nepgear's gacha is next. This means that I will finally be able to 6-star Neptune with her copies too.

I estimate that I have 50-ish more rolls in Permanent Operations and around 20 in Main Story (before I get walled by other content). I can get another BonBon from the Charge button if I spend around 70 more rolls, so if I go for another 90 rolls of pity, I can get two more Neptune ranks. I think it's out of my reach now, though. After I finish up Nepgear's gacha, I'll think about blasting the rest of my AP/stash on it. If anyone can offer any advice, please do so.
